- Hi Dominique ,
- you said on 08-Jan-96 12:15:06:

-
- Well first off, the board is no longer manufactured, so there is little
- support for it. Also it is only capable of standard Amiga resolutions,
- either interlaced or deinterlaced. Within those limitations, it is a great
- card for Video, as it will accept RGB, Y/C or composite input and give Y/C
- and Composite out, unless you have the YUV transcoder, which gives the
- above as well as YUV in-out.
-
- The unit functions very well as a genlock, and the quality of video grabs
- is first rate.
-
- Since the unit was designed before the A4000, there are a couple of
- problems with using one. It only has a 12bit buffer for Amiga video, so AGA
- screens don't look good, and if you bypass the IV24, the picture is dark
- and unstable, however I believe there was an IV25 model that was designed
- for the A4000.
-
- I still have mine in an A4000, along with a CV64, and am quite happy with
- it.
